Shipping Information
Orders are shipped to you from our distribution facility in Vermont and most ship via UPS Ground service. Orders which contain certain arbors are shipped via Truck.
Shipping charges are calculated in this manner:
Orders are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer in Vermont. Most orders ship via Fed-Ex or UOPS ground. Orders which contain certain oversize product are shipped via freight truck.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order arrival time depends on the UPS zone that you live in. Generally, it takes from 1 to 4 days. Orders containing arbors or other large, bulky items may take longer.
Return Information
At Decorative Outdoor Products, we guarantee our products against any defects in workmanship for 90 days. Ours is a high-quality product at a reasonably low price and our customers deserve to be and must be fully satisfied. If you have any problems with any of our products, simply return them.
How to Return
If you do find that you need to return an item from Decorative Outdoor Products, please include the following information along with your returned merchandise:
Copy of the packing slip, which will provide us with the transaction number (order number)
Reason for return
How you would like us to proceed with your order: refund, Decorative Outdoor Products credit, or replacement
Restocking Fee
Please check the product specifications and the product's suitability for your site carefully before placing an order. If you decide to return a product without fault, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
